Born in the capital

Tim's one of those rare individuals who are truly from Washington, DC. Currently he's living Silver Spring, Maryland with his wife and their 2 year old son.

International experiences

After completing his undergraduate work in Pennsylvania, Tim headed abroad. He earned his Masters in International Management in southern France. Tim has 20 years of experience in the sales and marketing space. He's worked in areas ranging from corporate M&A strategy development to IT services.

Real estate's the deal

Tim found his true love in real estate. (Don't worry, his wife knows!) As he began building his REI portfolio in Washington, D.C., and Maryland, he decided to get his licensure as a real estate agent. He loves helping others in their pursuit to buy investment properties!

Rent checks save the day

Lisa grew up in a small town in Pennsylvania. Her parents were self-employed with a seasonal business and she remembers her mom's relief when rent checks arrived in off season. Her parents' two rental properties sparked the desire for her to pursue real estate investing.

Around the world

Lisa's been living outside the US since 2012. She and her husband have purchased all their investment properties while living abroad -- at first with the help of family, then with the skill of a talented REI team. Her favorite closing happened while they were vacationing in the French Alps!

Lisa is a connector of people and ideas. She loves helping others connect with their dreams, especially when it involves REI!
